  • Use the Guided Savasana for ultimate relaxation when needed.


Week 3 : Level 2 Ashtanga, End Stress & Overwhelm, Learn Meditation

  • Practice Level 2 Postures.
  • Learn and practice meditation techniques.
  • Use the Progress Tracker to set goals, learn practices for ending stress and overwhelm, and journal about your practice.
  • Use the Scrum Journal for daily insight.
  • Use the Guided Savasana for ultimate relaxation when needed.


Week 4 : Level 3 Ashtanga, Gratitude and Kindness Practice.

  • Practice Level 3 Postures.
  • Use the Progress Tracker to set goals, learn how to gratitude journal, and journal about your practice.
  • Use the Scrum Journal for daily insight.
  • Use the Guided Savasana for ultimate relaxation when needed.
